Amazon has rolled out a new feature that allows people more easily preview a book online, but more importantly to anyone who has a blog, a very easy way to embed a preview of their favorite books into their blog. Pretty nifty if you ask me.
For instance, I just finished this book by Daniel Pink, 'Drive: The Surprising Truth About What Motivates Us'. And I have to say, it was an incredible read that provided an invaluable background firmly rooted in a variety of studies and academic research. I have already been working on various ways of employing intrinsic motivation at my work, but this has really helped to focus those plans and to create convincing arguments for why we should embrace this type of approach.
Now with this new Kindle preview, I can embed a preview on this blog for the book, so you can see how it works!
